We are looking for a Crew Forman that can oversee and participate in project work. The Forman will need to be able to do every job, and be able to effectively communicate with crew in order to assure cost, quality, schedule, and safety. Work schedule varies from 20-40 hours weekly, along with occasional overtime. For the right person with flexibility, the work life balance can be rewarding. Creative compensation agreements may be available for the right person.
Must be willing to become first aid certified.
Must be trained and experienced in climbing trees, and willing to climb large and tall trees. Must be physically fit, with a attention to safety for self and ground crew. Climber must be willing to do ground work when needed.
Prefer First Aid Certification. No degree required. Expected hours is 15-40 per week. Seasoned climbers that want less than 20 hours per week work, may be considered on an as needed basis.
Ground crew is a physically demanding entry level position. Must be physically fit. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: moving and chipping branches, trimming shrubs, stump grinding, log cutting, and clean up.
Prefer First aid certified. No experience required. Training will be provided on the job. Exceptional Ground Crew may be trained and promoted to Climber. Expected hours are 15-40 per week.
